Divine Fall
A Daylong Retreat to Remember What Sustains Us
September 20, 2026 · 10:00am–4:30pm
Paradise Gardens · Aptos Hills, California
Fall into loving your life.
An autumn day of yoga, meditation, devotion, reflection, nourishment, nature, and community — created not simply as a day away, but as an opportunity to return to your life more awake to what matters.
There are seasons for reaching outward — creating, tending, striving, becoming, doing.
And there are seasons that invite us to return.
Divine Fall is an invitation to listen inward, kindle what is alive within you, release what no longer needs to be carried, and remember what truly sustains you.
Surrounded by the beauty of the Aptos hills, we’ll spend a spacious day moving between effort and ease, practice and rest, fire and surrender.
The morning will invite us into tapas — the devotional fire of practice. Through meditation, breath, movement, chanting, and an intentional vinyasa practice, we’ll explore the kind of discipline that clears distraction and brings us closer to what we most deeply care about.
Discipline as devotion.
The willingness to show up for what we love.
To stay present when something asks more of us.
To listen beneath the noise.
To remember what we are giving this one precious life to.
From there, the day will soften.
We’ll eat, wander, restore, receive, reflect, listen, and allow what was stirred through practice to settle more deeply into the body.
You do not need to arrive with anything figured out.
Simply come as you are.

YOUR GUIDES
“Pushpa” Danielle Barr + Shannon Arrechea
Together, we’ll weave yoga, meditation, contemplation, storytelling, devotional practice, movement, stillness, reflection, and community into a day that is both grounding and deeply alive.
We’ll create space to explore questions that can easily get lost beneath the pace of everyday life:
What truly sustains me?
What is my heart longing for?
What deserves my devotion?
What am I being asked to release?
And what am I here to bring more fully into this life?
Our intention is not to give you more to accomplish.
It is to create the conditions for remembering what is already here — and perhaps to leave with the clarity and courage to live from that remembering.

A RETURN TO WHAT MATTERS
Autumn reminds us that letting go is part of belonging to life.
The trees do not question the leaves they release.
The earth does not hurry toward its next season.
And perhaps neither must we.
Divine Fall is not about escaping your life for a day. It is about falling more deeply into it.
Into the relationships you cherish.
The practices that steady you.
The work that feels meaningful.
The places that make you feel alive.
The quiet knowing beneath all the noise.
We hope this day offers more than a beautiful retreat experience.
We are creating Divine Fall as an activating threshold — a day that continues to live in you long after you leave.
Perhaps something becomes clear.
Perhaps you remember a part of yourself that has been waiting for your attention.
Perhaps you release something you have outgrown.
Perhaps you recommit to a practice, relationship, dream, or way of living that you know matters.
Perhaps you simply return home more awake to the life that is already here.
This is an invitation to fall into loving your life — not because every part of it is perfect, but because you are here for it. Present. Participating. Listening. Choosing.
And that remembering can change things.
